“But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord” (2 Corinthians 3:18).

If Jesus Christ is your Lord, He has commanded the light of His loving-kindness to shine in your soul.

This glory of Christ — this tender loving-kindness that shines in our hearts as we pray and search His Word — changes us, “from glory to glory,” into the likeness of Christ. And the revelation of love, compassion and caring we receive from Him must shine out of us to others.

This revelation is increased daily within us “by the Spirit of the Lord.” Indeed, it is the Holy Spirit who leads us into the glory of Christ. The Spirit shines in us and changes us through every circumstance. Finally, He shows us how to shine His caring, loving-kindness to others who are in need.

I ask you: What are your present circumstances doing to you and in you? Is there a sweetness of Christ shining out of you? Do you ask the Holy Spirit to give you eyes to see the pains and needs of others? That is the changing that Paul says takes place in us by the Spirit of God.

Only those who are at rest in the perfect will of God can trust that “all things are working together for good” in the worst of circumstances. So, dear saint, lift up your head and testify to yourself, to heaven and to your circumstances: “I am living in the perfect will of God, come what may.”

Jesus said unto her; let the children first be filled…… Mark 7 vs. 27 Jesus is a father indeed to all his children. His major concern is the welfare of his family. Early in the morning he carries us in his arms, in the night he cares for us and wipe away all our secret tears. His word says; children are the heritage of the lord. We are God’s heritage, he owns us. He cares for us. He suffers no man to do them harm and he rebuke the kings for their sake. The loving father gives food and shelter to his children. He will not allow you to be bruised. He’s not happy seeing you in that ugly situation. He’s hurt when you are hurt. He says; for the hurt of the daughter of my children am I hurt. The chastisement of your peace is upon him. He holds you in the hollow of his hands. Your name is boldly written on his palm. He says; I will never leave you nor forsake you. Jesus wants you to be filled. He says; Let the children first be filled. You are not a subject of ridicule. T

Sometimes we need to be critical of ourselves and think deep about what we believe and what we think we believe in. When we are face with critical situation and challenge its then we know who we really are and what we really believe. On a face value we think and concluded that yes, I am born into Christian family, my parent do attend church service even twice a week and as a result of the upbringing we concluded that we don’t only believe in Christ but also we believe we are Christian. Don’t conclude that you know Christ until you have an encounter with His resurrection power! This is the power that raise us up from our dead state to being alive with God. The power transformed us from earthly being to heavenly being. Where then do we encounter this power? Right there in God’s word! The word of God carries resurrection power. The True Grace of God by Zac Poonen

False grace” is not a 21st-century phenomenon. It was being preached even in the days of the apostles. Jude speaks of “some godless people who had slipped in unnoticed among the churches, and who had distorted the message of the grace of God in order to excuse their immoral ways” and who were teaching “that after we become Christians we can do just as we like without fear of God's punishment” (Jude 4 - Today’s English Version and Living Bible). So Peter was prompted by the Holy Spirit to write a whole letter explaining what the true grace of God was (1 Peter). At the end of that letter, he says, “I have written to you briefly, exhorting and testifying that this is the true grace of God. Stand firm in it!” (1 Pet.5:12). So, if we study Peter’s first letter, we can understand what true grace is.
